Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant with DFS registry.
• 18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service trainings and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, ADLs.
• Provide oral hygiene and denture care.
• Complete patient care records and I&O.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
