MaineGeneral Health in Augusta, ME, seeks a Med/Surg CNA for 1 West on the CardioPulmonary Med/Surg unit (Alfond Center for Health). The role supports nurses with basic patient care and communications on a fast-paced team.

This 30-hour/week night shift (7p-7a) includes rotating weekends and holidays. You will work three 12-hour shifts one week and two 12-hour shifts the next, with opportunities for growth and continued education.

Job Description

The Role: Med/Surg Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on 1 West Provides patient care under the supervision of an RN in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

The Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic CNA to join our team of highly skilled professionals on our fast‑paced CardioPulmonary Med/Surg unit, 1 West, at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta.

This position is 30 hours per week on the night shift (7p-7a), with rotating weekend and holiday requirements. You will work three 12‑hour shifts one week and two 12‑hour shifts the next.

The Work

Compensation Information

$19.65 - $34.39 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on‑call, and other applicable differentials.
