Job summary

South Mountain Rehab Center, a respected skilled nursing facility in Maryland, is seeking a CNA-1 to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and provide emotional and social support in partnership with our nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA-1 certification required.
• Experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators.
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff.
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care.
• Support the facility's philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives.

Job Summary

South Mountain Rehab Center is a respected skilled nursing facility that is passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are nestled at the foot of South Mountain between Hagerstown and Frederick, MD. As a CNA-1, you will be an integral part of our team, providing compassionate and personalized care to our seniors. You will work closely with our nursing staff to assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and provide emotional and social support to our residents.
