Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time roles in a resident-centered environment. You will provide hands-on support to residents, work closely with nursing staff, and help ensure a safe, comfortable setting with compassionate, dignified care.

Starting pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, DOE, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for shift differentials, training, and career growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and other observations.
• Support meal service and ensure proper hydration.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident spaces.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the care team on clinical and non-clinical tasks.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our full‑time care team. In this role, you will provide essential hands‑on support to residents while collaborating closely with nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay from $23.00-26.00/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
