Comfort Keepers in Woodruff, SC is urgently hiring CNAs for in-home care across Woodruff and surrounding areas. We offer flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts and provide opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment.

The role focuses on personal care, cognitive and memory support, and companionship, with a strong emphasis on safety, dignity, and individualized client care.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina CNA license.
• At least one year of professional caregiving or CNA experience.
• Available to work at least one weekend per month.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• This is not an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene.
• Cognitive & Memory Support: Provide care for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory-related conditions; maintain a safe home environment.
• Companionship & Household Support: Prepare meals, assist with hydration and nutrition, provide medication reminders, offer social interaction, light housekeeping, and communicate with families and care team.

What You'll Do

Personal Care

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene
• Promote independence while maintaining safety, comfort, and dignity
• Provide hands-on care based on each client's individual needs

Cognitive & Memory Support

• Provide compassionate care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory-related conditions
• Encourage engagement and help create a safe, calm home environment

Companionship & Household Support

• Prepare meals and assist with hydration and nutrition
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and social interaction
• Perform light housekeeping
• Communicate with families and care team members regarding client needs
