Job summary

Willows Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Willows, CA. Pay is $22.00 per hour, with a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus opportunities for professional development.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will provide essential nursing care, assist residents with ADLs and mobility, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment for each resident and their family.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Support licensed nurses with treatments and procedures.

If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting residents with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
