Job summary

CURA-HPC LLC in Tulsa, OK seeks a compassionate hospice aide to support patients at home under the supervision of an RN or Clinical Director. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and basic therapy activities, and maintain accurate records while fostering a safe, respectful environment for patients and families.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and active CNA, CHHA, or LTC license; a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

• CNA, CHHA, or LTC license; driver's license and proof of current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follows written instructions for patient care as prepared by an RN or Clinical Director in the hospice plan of care.
• Assists patients with personal care (lifting and transferring) to preserve hygiene while maintaining safety.
• Performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy services, such as ambulation, ROM and exercise.
• Reports changes in patient’s condition to supervisor or RN.
• Maintains records of services performed and condition of patient.
• Establishes and maintains a good working environment with patients, families and co-workers.
• Participates in patient care conferences to provide input on continuum of care.
• Performs household services essential to health care at home.
