Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in California is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. We offer full-time roles on all shifts (AM, PM, NOC) with a schedule of 4 days on, 2 days off and a competitive pay range.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, vital signs, mobility, and documentation, while maintaining infection control and clear communication with nursing staff. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have active California CNA certification.
• Background check and health screening required by state regulations.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents per care plans.
• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers and safe ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and health indicators.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility guidelines.
• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.
• Uphold infection control, safety and regulatory standards.
