Job summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center in Monterey, CA, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time and part-time AM/PM shifts. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $21–$26 DOE and a supportive team environment.

You will assist residents with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, and documentation, while collaborating with nursing staff to ensure safe, compassionate care and a respectful atmosphere. California CNA certification is required; long-term care experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous long-term care experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support nursing staff with resident care tasks.
• Foster a warm, safe, and respectful environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
