Job summary

GEM Transitional Care in Pasadena, CA is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PM shift (3PM-11PM). You’ll assist residents with daily activities, monitor well-being, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for our patients.

As part of our dedicated team, you will document changes, collaborate with nursing staff, and support quality care in a Medicare/Medicaid certified facility.

Qualifications

• Current CA nursing assistant certification
• CPR and first aid certifications a plus
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, in-patient rehabilitation, or in-patient behavioral health setting
