Job summary

Londonderry Village in Palmyra, PA, is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide dignified care across independent living, personal care, and skilled nursing. You will assist with daily living, grooming, mobility, meals, and hygiene, guided by individualized care plans.

You will preserve privacy, support well-being, and help create a warm, homelike environment in a self-managed team setting within six Green Houses. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, dignified care to residents.
  • Support daily living activities including grooming, bathing, mobility, oral hygiene, toileting, feeding, and more.
  • Use individualized care plans to guide support and contribute observations to improve outcomes.
  • Preserve privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in every interaction.
  • Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and maintain a homelike environment in the six Green Houses.
