Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements).
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant.
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors.
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures.
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a "can-do" attitude.
• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning.
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence.
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
