Partners In Home Care, Inc. in Missoula, MT, is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide hands-on in-home care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote comfort and safety, and help clients maintain independence in familiar surroundings. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with appropriate auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and follow a plan of care.
• Strong communication and patient-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes in varying weather conditions to provide scheduled care.
• Assist with personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene; skin/mouth/hair care; incontinence care.
• Support mobility, ambulation, and prescribed exercises.
• Assist with nutrition planning, meal preparation, and feeding.
• Grocery shopping and essential household tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or environment.
• Provide medication reminders (not administration).
• Document care accurately and promptly using agency systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Department: Hospice
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time. Full-time preferred, but we welcome part-time applicants as well.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (with occasional weekend coverage)

Location: Missoula and Bitterroot Valley's

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential hands-on support and personal care to clients in their homes. Under the direction of nursing staff and a client’s individualized plan of care, you will assist with daily living activities, promote comfort and safety, and help clients maintain independence.
