Job summary

Morada Senior Living is hiring Care Givers for our community. The role involves providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment. Responsibilities include helping with daily living activities and promoting independence with dignity and safety.

The position requires a high school diploma/GED, and CNA certification is preferred. Previous senior care experience and strong communication with residents and staff are valued. EOE D/V

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident's room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
