Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring CNAs for full-time roles with 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts, including weekend rotation. PRN opportunities exist on all shifts.

Join our caring team to make a difference in residents' lives by providing direct care under licensed nurses, supporting daily living activities, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care and communicate changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with routine tasks.

Successful Candidates

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado

Current CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range: $20-$27/hour
