Job summary

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Colorado is hiring CNAs to provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. We offer full-time shifts: 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am with weekend rotation.

This role supports residents’ well-being in a 24-hour skilled nursing setting. We value staff with CPR certification, a CO CNA license, and a high school diploma, offering competitive pay and benefits including vision, dental, 401(k) with match, PTO and sick leave, plus growth

Our facility boasts state-of-the-art private recovery suites, with personal on-suite showers and bathrooms. Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO

Rate Range - $20-$26/hour
