Job summary

Four Oaks Healthcare Center in Jonesborough, Tennessee is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team on the day shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities and follow care plans under supervision.

• Coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and meal intake documentation.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the nurse supervisor and inform of factors affecting work.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all communications.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Four Oaks Healthcare, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
