Job summary

Laurelwood Health Care Center in Jackson, TN is hiring CNAs for night shift. You will assist residents with daily living, follow care plans, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Position Summary
