Job summary

Four Oaks Healthcare Center in Jonesborough, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. This full-time role offers a Day Shift with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and the chance to work in a family-like setting where care and teamwork matter.

As a CNA, you will support residents with daily living activities, assist with meals and documentation, and report changes to the supervising nurse while maintaining patient privacy. We value reliability, compassion, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with performing work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Position Summary

CNA Requirements
