Job summary

Beecher Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, individualized resident care. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety, dignity, and independence, and work closely with the care team in a supportive environment.

CNA Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic

As a Skilled, Compassionate CNA, You Will

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a "can-do" attitude
