Job summary

Kāhala Nui, Hawaiʻi’s premier senior living community, is seeking dedicated CNA staff for part-time and full-time roles in our Skilled Nursing unit.

Available shifts include DAY and EVENING with weekend and holiday coverage required. Join us to provide person-centered care, support residents with ADLs, and uphold quality standards in a respectful, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with residents and families.
• Ability to follow care plans, policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely, including standing, bending and prolonged walking or standing.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations.
• Proof of valid CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure person-centered care in the Skilled Nursing department.
• Maintain safety and dignity while delivering care and helping residents with daily tasks.

Job description

Kāhala Nui, considered Hawaiʻi’s premier senior living community, is looking for dedicated part time and full-time CNAs to join our team.

Available shifts: DAY (6:00AM - 2:30PM); EVENING (2:00PM - 10:30PM)

Must be available Sunday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays.

POSITIONS SUMMARY:

Assist residents with their ADLs to ensure that they are receiving person-centered care and service in the Skilled Nursing (SNF) department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Hawaii CNA Certification
