Job summary

Atrio Home Care in Michigan is seeking a passionate home health CNA to grow with us. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus and a supportive teamwork environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

As part of Atrio Home Care, you will travel to clients’ homes within our Lakeshore service area, providing ADL assistance, emotional support, and ongoing monitoring. Must have a valid Michigan CNA license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Michigan CNA certificate in good standing.
• Experience in private duty, home care, hospice, or assisted living is preferred.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation, valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered home care including ADLs and emotional support.
• Monitor client needs and communicate changes to the care team.
• Travel within the Lakeshore service area and occasionally Grand Rapids as needed.

What Will You Do?

Our CNA’s provide compassionate care to our clients in a person-centered care environment, including assistance with activities of daily living, emotional support and monitoring the client’s needs.

Must be able to travel and work autonomously anywhere within our service area: Primarily Lakeshore, may also be needed on the Grand Rapids.

Education And Experience

• Valid/current CNA certificate in good standing through the State of Michigan.
• Experience in one or more of the following: private duty, home care, hospice, or assisted living.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, access to a computer and an email address. We do require that all Atrio Home Care staff members have their own vehicle because not all clients are located on a bus line and it is a privacy violation for anyone to be dropped off at a client's home location.
