Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver (Part-time) to support individuals in living skills, daily activities and community outings. Shifts include 7am–3pm (1st shift) and 3pm–11pm (2nd shift) with some weekends; pay starts at $15 per hour with an additional $0.50 per hour for active CNAs.

Responsibilities include training, supervision, and collaboration with clinical staff to implement therapeutic plans, in residential and community settings, with a focus on compassionate, quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Six months to one year of experience in the human services field.
• Valid Driver's License from state of residence.
• Must be minimum of 21 years of age.
• Successful clearance of background checks.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to assisting others.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• A commitment to quality in everything you do.

• Work closely with our clinical staff to support the therapeutic and behavioral plans in place.

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

1st shift 7am -3pm

2nd Shift 3pm-11pm Some Weekends Required

$15 hour + depending on experience

For An Active CNA, Additional 0.50 Cents Hourly

Must have an active unrestricted driver's license (no restrictions)
