Job summary
Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greensboro, NC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing facility family. We offer a sign-on bonus, daily pay access, and a supportive, resident-centered environment aligned with Alliance Health Group values.
As a CNA, you will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, and communicate with families while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.
- Current / active CPR certification, preferred.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highest level of professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing and ambulating.
- Take and record vital signs and assist with lifting and transfers.
- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management.
- Communicate respectfully with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
- Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
- Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
