Job summary

Pine Ridge Post Acute is looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on care and companionship to residents. We offer full-time day, evening, and NOC shifts with flexible scheduling and competitive pay based on experience.

As a CNA you will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, take vital signs, document observations, and ensure comfort and dignity. Active CNA certification is required and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and nursing staff.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability and teamwork in caregiving roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (grooming, bathing, meals).
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Take vital signs, document observations accurately.
• Ensure comfort, dignity, and safe handling of residents' belongings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide a friendly, supportive presence to residents daily.
