Job summary

Pine Ridge Post Acute in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Nursing Leader to serve as Resident Care Manager (RN or LPN). The role offers an hourly pay range of $43–$61 and the chance to lead a dedicated team delivering resident-centered care each day.

You will coordinate daily resident care, develop care plans with the team, coach CNAs, assist with admissions and transfers, monitor health status, and participate in quality, infection control, and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN or LPN license.
• At least 1 year of geriatric nursing experience including medication administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability in fast-paced healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily resident care to ensure individualized, compassionate care.
• Develop and maintain care plans with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Coach and mentor nurses and CNAs to deliver outstanding care.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Participate in quality assurance, infection prevention, and compliance activities.
• Help investigate resident incidents and ensure timely reporting and follow-up.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve care and support facility-wide initiatives.
• Participate in staff education, training, and leadership meetings.
