Overview

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides personal care and assistance to residents who cannot care for themselves. This role focuses on supporting residents with daily activities and maintaining their well‑being in a compassionate, safe, and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing) and activities of daily living as directed.
• Provide respectful, patient-centered care while observing and reporting any changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living environments for residents.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience, starting at $19.19 to $23.47 per hour, with a $3.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Benefits

• Vacation, 14 holidays, personal days, and sick time totaling up to 192 hours within the first year of hire; eligible to use after 60 days of hire. Holiday pay starts immediately at time and a half.
• Health insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage options:
  • Family plan: $175.22 per month
  • Single plan: $73.08 per month
  with a deductible of 400/800 and an out-of-pocket maximum of 400/800.
