Rivaya Care affiliated facility is seeking dynamic and compassionate CNAs to enrich residents' lives with energy and meaningful engagement. The role emphasizes personal care, infection control, and a can-do attitude to support residents' independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (state requirements).
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant.
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors.
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a “can-do” attitude
• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level
