Falls Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide routine nursing and personal care in a 103-bed facility in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Shifts are 12 hours, three days a week, offering flexibility and ample personal time.

Qualifications

• Must have STNA certification in Ohio.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Sign on Bonus- $4500.00 for full time status, $2250.00 for part time status, paid out in quarterly installments if eligible.

Full and Part time available...offering New Wages! Pay based off experience.

12 hour shifts. Work only 3 days a week = full time! Leaving you more free days!

The position of State Tested Nursing Assistant exists to provide routine nursing and personal care for residents.

The job responsibilities include:

• Ensure that residents' personal care needs are provided for with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.

• Ensure that residents' medical needs are addressed through the delivery of quality nursing care.

• Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner.

• Ensure that nutritional needs of residents are met in accordance with established care plan.

• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested

The STNA must be physically able to:

• Move (sit, stand, bend, lift) intermittently throughout the workday.

• Lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.

• Assist in the evacuation of residents.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• STNA Certification in state of Ohio

• Previous Long Term Care experience

• Must have a good work history
