Job summary

Highline Post Acute is seeking CNAs to provide direct resident care under licensed nurses, ensuring comfort, safety and well-being in a post-acute setting.

Roles include full-time morning/evening shifts with weekend rotation and PRN options. Competitive pay with shift differential on Sundays, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Weekend availability and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Document care provided and report changes to the nursing staff.
