This part-time, on-call float role supports respite and assisted living homes in Lakeville and Burnsville, providing direct care, mobility assistance, and safety monitoring while collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota (state).

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).

• Support residents during meals and feeding as needed.

About the Role:

Royal Crown Homes LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Lakeville, MN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every single day in a warm, home-like environment. This a part time/ On call float role at our respite home in Lakeville and residential Assisted Living homes in Burnsville

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Managing colostomy bags
• Managing Tube feeding via G-Tube
• Using lifts or hoyers
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and changes in resident condition
• Support residents during meals, including feeding assistance as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care team regarding resident needs and changes
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to promote dignity and emotional well-being

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience in a residential care, assisted living, or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong understanding of patient care, safety protocols, and infection control
• Ability to assist with transfers and physical tasks; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends or evenings
