Job summary

Royal Cape Cod Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team on site. The role focuses on providing compassionate, high‑quality long‑term, sub‑acute, and memory care with a resident‑centered approach.

Expect responsibilities in daily living assistance, vital signs, and collaboration with the healthcare team. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program to support you

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide support in emergency situations by responding promptly to residents' needs.
• Assist nursing staff in providing hospice care for terminally ill patients.
• Help lift and transfer residents safely using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document residents' information accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive resident care in our facilities.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• This Nursing Assistant role is essential for ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care while promoting their dignity and comfort throughout their healthcare journey.
