Job summary

Image Strategic Partners in Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents at Hillcrest - Blackwell, OK.

In this day shift role, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and communicate concerns to a supervising nurse or physician.

Active Oklahoma CNA license, willingness to pass a background check, and at least one year in geriatric care are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing and positioning.
• Taking vital signs: temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
• Communicating with residents and relaying concerns to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Recording observations in patient charts and reporting concerns to a supervisor.
• Helping to turn or lift disabled residents or those with temporary mobility issues.
• Performing basic care tasks like grooming, dressing, bathing, eating and exercising.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with their activity of daily living needs such as bathing, positioning, etc.
• Taking vital signs from patients, such as temperature, blood pressure and oxygen saturation rate.
• Talking with residents and relaying their concerns/issues to a supervising nurse or physician.
• Recording observations in a patient chart, which becomes part of his or her ongoing medical record and report any concerns/issues to supervisor.
• Helping to turn or lift disabled patients or those with temporary mobility issues.
• Basic care tasks like grooming, dressing, bathing, eating and exercising.

QualificationsRequirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Oklahoma. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
