Job summary

Elegance Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in a long-term care setting in Arkansas. The role focuses on daily hygiene, mobility support, meal assistance, and timely response to resident calls, with emphasis on observation and reporting changes in condition.

The ideal candidate holds an approved CNA certification, with six months of long-term care experience preferred and a willingness to participate

Qualifications

• Certification of completing an approved Certified Nursing Assistant required.
• Six months’ experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Successful completing of State CNA course.

Responsibilities

• Providing help to residents with daily hygiene activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Helping residents with positioning, turning, etc.
• Lifting and/or transporting residents
• Answering all resident calls in a timely manner
• Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions
• Attending required in-services and educational events
• Assisting residents with daily meals and feeding
• Additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
