Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in construction materials testing.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willing to obtain licensure (EIT/PE).
• Strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of heavy construction safety.
• Functional knowledge of CMT principles and ASTM standards.

Responsibilities

• Support management of CMT projects, review daily reports, collaborate with senior staff and train field staff.
• Manage project budgets, prepare invoices, change orders, and assist with collections.
• Assist with preparation of proposals for projects.
• Perform or support laboratory testing, soil/rock/concrete testing as needed.
