Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program: scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed. You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and real accountability.

This role requires 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC, with ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials and the ability to hold

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and credibility with field crews.
• Business skills and field credibility cannot be faked.
• Ability to lead and grow accounts while delivering reliable services.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
