ECS Limited is seeking a CMT Project Manager I to lead construction materials testing projects in our Lynn Haven area. You will manage field and lab activities, coordinate field staff, and ensure timely, accurate reporting from proposal through project completion.

Qualifications

• BSCE or related multi-disciplinary degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials testing principles and ASTM standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage low-complexity CMT projects from proposal to completion.
• Review daily field reports and resolve technical/administrative issues.
• Manage project budgets, invoices, pay apps, and collections.
• Prepare proposals and change orders.
• Support testing of soils, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, and asphalt.
• Coordinate field staff and provide training/oversight.
• Communicate with clients on status and deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings with clients.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and reporting.
