ECS Limited is seeking a CMT Project Manager I to join our Johnstown field services team. You will manage and execute construction materials testing projects from proposal to completion on low-complexity work, coordinating field staff, budgets, and client communications.

Competenze

B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field (multi-discipline).
2 years of related experience in construction materials testing management.
Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
Ability to interpret field and laboratory testing results.

Mansioni

Manages construction materials testing projects from proposal through completion for low-complexity work.
Reviews daily field reports and resolves technical and administrative issues.
Manages project budgets, invoices, pay applications, and collections.
Prepares proposals and change orders.
Supports testing of soils, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, and asphalt.
Coordinates field staff and provides training for assigned projects.
Communicates with clients regarding status, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
Hosts or participates in project meetings with clients.
Mentors junior staff and supports team development.
Ensures accurate project documentation and reporting.
Performs other project management and technical duties as assigned.
