ECS Group of Companies in Orlando is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager I to join our field services team. You will manage low-complexity CMT projects from proposal through completion, coordinate field staff, review reports, handle budgets, invoices and client communications, and support business development.

The successful candidate will bring at least 2 years of related experience, a BS in Civil/Geology/Engineering, strong communication, and good organizational

Competenze

• Requires 2 years of related experience.
• BS in Civil/Construction Engr. or Geology or related field.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Knowledge of materials testing principles and ASTM standards.
• Ability to interpret field and lab results.
• Ability to manage priorities, schedules, and deadlines.
• Developing client relationship and business development skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials testing software.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS.

Mansioni

• Manages construction materials testing projects from proposal through completion for low-complexity work.
• Reviews daily field reports and resolves technical/administrative issues.
• Manages budgets, invoices, payments, and collections.
• Prepares proposals and change orders.
• Supports testing of soils, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, and asphalt.
• Coordinates field staff and provides oversight on projects.
• Communicates with clients regarding status and deliverables.
• Hosts or participates in project meetings with clients.
• Mentors junior staff and supports team development.
• Ensures accurate project documentation and reporting.
