Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking a CMT Project Manager based in Cedar Creek, Texas (Austin area). You will administer the project assigned to you by the Department or Branch Manager and serve as the primary firm representative, ensuring quality and safe work practices for clients.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, obtaining project numbers, coordinating with technicians, reviewing reports and invoices, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Must pass a background check.
• 7 years experience with a high school diploma or 1 year with a bachelor's.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Capable of effective verbal and written communication; strong math aptitude.
• Hold a Texas Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and sit for long periods at a desk.
• Certifications such as ACI, TXDOT and NICET are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals using approved formats.
• Obtain a Project No. from the Office or Department Administrator with required data.
• Know project plans and maintain client relationships.
• Assign technicians and back-up staff to projects.
• Meet with client and project personnel to ensure needs are met.
• Review and distribute reports; review project billing and invoices.
• Train technicians on reports, frequencies, and project requirements.
• Manage Accounts Receivable/Payable for projects.
• Assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Support business development and client retention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

DIHO CONSULTING USA is seeking applicants for a CMT Project Manager position, based out of Cedar Creek, Texas (Austin area). The Project Manager will administer the project assigned to you by the Department or Branch Manager. You are the primary representative of the firm throughout the project and you are expected to provide the client with the best possible service while maintaining the highest level of quality and safe work practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare proposals using the approved formats. Each proposal will be reviewed and signed by your supervisor.


• Obtain a Project No. from the Office or Department Administrator after providing a proposal and/or fee schedule, project data sheet, client and project contacts, accurate project name, and any other pertinent contract information.


• Must be knowledgeable of the project plans, specifications, and other project documents, also must be familiar with the project and client personnel in order to understand the needs of each individual project.


• Assign technicians and designated back-up technicians to all projects through mutual agreement with the dispatcher.


• Continually meet with client and project personnel to assure the project's needs are being met by the firm and that its commitment to the project is evident.


• Review, correct, sign and distribute reports per the project requirements, and review all project billing and invoices.


• The Project Manager will train the technician when there are specific needs that must be met by us regarding written reports, sample frequencies, or other project specific requirements.


• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as pertaining to the projects assigned to you


• Assistance with the provision of a safe work environment for all the firm's employees


• Business development and client retention


• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to read and write in English


• Able to pass a background check


• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years experience OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with minimum of 1 year experience.


• Proficient with computers, test programs and Microsoft Office programs


• Capacity to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and a high aptitude for math


• Hold a Texas Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record


• Able to lift 50lbs


• Able to sit for long periods at a time at a desk


• Certifications are a plus, any ACI, any TXDOT and or NICET
