Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager who owns client relationships and the testing program, from scoping proposals to scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable while informing clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, require 5+ years in CMT or related QC, ICC/NICET/ACI credentials, and be prepared for national travel to active sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials and technical credibility with field crews.
• Experience coordinating projects under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
