DIHO Consulting USA is seeking an organized and dependable CMT Dispatcher to support daily scheduling and coordination of field technicians for a growing engineering and construction materials testing operation in Corpus Christi, TX.

This role coordinates technician assignments, communicates schedules, maintains required documentation, and collaborates with project managers, clients and field personnel to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of dispatcher or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple employees and assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule CMT field technicians for daily project assignments.
• Assign technicians based on project needs, availability, and certifications.
• Communicate daily and next-day assignments to field personnel.
• Coordinate with Project Managers regarding staffing needs and priorities.
• Maintain communications on locations, reporting times, and details.
• Prepare paperwork and documentation for upcoming field assignments.
• Track certifications, safety training, drug screenings, and client requirements.
• Assist with scheduling training, testing, and site approvals.
• Ensure field reports and documentation are submitted timely.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and personnel records.
• Support Project Managers with project setup and reporting.
• Respond quickly to last-minute changes and client requests.
