Job summary

Winter Growth Inc. is seeking Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our intimate 32-bed assisted living home in Maryland. We offer day, evening, and night shifts with both part-time and full-time roles available.

You will assist seniors with daily living activities, provide companionship, help with positioning and mobility, and administer medications. Our team emphasizes a supportive workplace, competitive pay, and opportunities for certification training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification or HHA experience is advantageous.
• Must hold a CMT license.
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience or a recent CNA course completed.
• Passion for improving seniors' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with Activities of Daily Living.
• Support seated positioning, ambulation, toileting, showering, etc.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Foster a home atmosphere with teammates.
• Provide companionship and comfort to residents.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or GED is a plus
• Prefer current certification as a CNA or experience in HHA
• Must have a CMT license
