Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a CMT Certified Med Tech to join our clinical team in Warrensburg, MO. Enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make an impact on resident care close to home.

You must hold a Missouri CMT certification and be able to provide compassionate, personalized care while supporting daily living activities and medication administration under RN/LPN supervision. Join a dedicated, ethical team focused on resident well-being.

Must be able to provide exceptional, personalized care to residents.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to maintain spirits.
Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
Administer and/or assist with prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision and maintain records.
Maintain medical records and documentation compliant with regulations.
Transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed.
Supervise CNAs and assist with direct resident care as needed.
