Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.

• Maintain basic certifications and any advanced certifications necessary for the work performed as per the ECS Technician Certification Policy.
• If driving for or on behalf of any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Good understanding of construction materials testing principles and standards.
• Ability to evaluate test results for specification compliance.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to balance field execution with coordination responsibilities.
• Must be able to frequently lift a minimum of 85 pounds.
• Knowledge of ECS systems and procedures is a plus.

• Attend project meetings and support field coordination efforts.

The Assistant Team Leader supports the coordination, supervision, and development of field staff while assisting in the execution of construction materials testing operations. This role combines field and office responsibilities, including technician scheduling support, training, equipment management, and project coordination. Required Qualifications

The expected pay range for this role and location is $25-$30/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
