Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction Material Testing (CMT) team in Odessa, TX. You will work directly with Project Managers and engineering staff on diverse field projects.

Responsibilities include training & mentoring staff, coordinating resources, conducting materials testing, and preparing proposals and inspection reports. A 2–5 year CMT background and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years CMT experience (preferred)
• Certifications such as NICET, ICC, ACI are preferred
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Driver’s license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Training new field staff
• Mentoring junior staff
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Coordination of personnel and equipment
• Conducting critical observations and material testing
• Preparation of CMT proposals
• Preparation of final inspection reports
• Regular field work expected
