Job summary

Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking Geotechnical Engineering Technicians for the Odessa/Midland, Texas area. The role focuses on field testing of soils, concrete, and related materials to support civil engineering projects.

You will perform construction materials testing and contribute to testing reports with clear, consistent results. Experience in field testing and certifications will be valued; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; BS in Civil Engineering or Geology preferred, but not required.
• ACI certification strongly preferred; Other certifications like NICET, ICC and TxDOT a plus.
• Experience with concrete and soils testing.
• Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
• US citizen or permanent resident (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
• Overtime and weekend work WILL BE REQUIRED.
