The role focuses on ACA risk adjustment, reinsurance, regulatory reporting, and data platforms. You will design scalable CMS EDGE Server solutions and work closely with business, compliance, actuarial, operations, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare payer experience with ACA, risk adjustment, and regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on CMS EDGE Server architecture, data submission workflows, and production support.
• Experience with payer source systems, data pipelines, and data quality controls.
• Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CMS EDGE Server / Risk Adjustment data architect for ACA initiatives.
• Design end-to-end CMS EDGE Server architecture, data ingestion, validation, and submission readiness.
• Lead CMS EDGE Server implementations, upgrades, and production support for payer clients.
• Translate CMS/HHS requirements into scalable designs, roadmaps, and data specifications.
• Partner with payer business, actuarial, compliance, IT, and vendors to align capabilities.
• Develop architecture docs, data flow diagrams, and operational playbooks.
• Provide client-facing advisory support on best practices and production readiness.
