Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Equipment Technician to join our CMP & Wet module team. You will perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades and installations, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and either 2 years of semiconductor technician experience or 8 years in non-semiconductor/military technician roles, with flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years semiconductor technician experience OR 8 years non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
• Able to work a 12-hour compressed schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
• Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed
• Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
