Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three years of experience as Equipment Engineer or Sr. Equipment Maintenance Technician in a high-volume semiconductor environment.
• One year of hands-on experience with semiconductor tools such as Mirra, Strasbaugh, and Ebarra.
• Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and recommend tool selections to improve yield and lower costs.
• Analyze tool data, compile reports, and recommend corrective action.
• Manage projects of various scope, schedule, and budget to meet timelines.
• Coordinate, track, and prioritize tool maintenance for maximum uptime.
• Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software to draw diagrams or schematics.
• Respond to inquiries about equipment issues from other departments.
• Ensure quality, productivity, yield, and cost objectives are met.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional groups to resolve maintenance issues.
• Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent failures; manage spare parts.
• Develop and implement emergency tool recovery plans for hard down situations.
• Comply with ISO 9001:2015 processes and safety policies.
